bruce lee
Bruce Lee (Chinese: 李小龍; pinyin: Lǐ Xiăolóng, born Lee Jun Fan, (Chinese: 李振藩; pinyin: Lǐ Zhènfān, 27 November 1940 – 20 July 1973) was an actor, martial artist, philosopher, film director, film producer, screenwriter, and founder of the Jeet Kune Do concept. He is considered one of the most influential martial artists of the 20th century, and a cultural icon.[2] Lee was born in San Francisco, California to parents of Hong Kong heritage but raised in Hong Kong until his late teens. Upon reaching the age of 18, Lee emigrated to the USA to claim his US Citizenship[3] and receive his higher education. It was during this time he began teaching martial arts, which soon led to film and television roles. His Hong Kong and Hollywood-produced films elevated the traditional Hong Kong martial arts film to a new level of popularity and acclaim, and sparked a major surge of interest in Chinese martial arts in the West in the 1970s. The direction and tone of his films changed and influenced martial arts and martial arts films in Hong Kong and the rest of the world as well. He is noted for his roles in five feature-length films, Lo Wei's The Big Boss (1971) and Fist of Fury (1972); Way of the Dragon (1972), directed and written by Bruce Lee; Warner Brothers' Enter the Dragon (1973), directed by Robert Clouse, and The Game of Death (1978). Lee became an iconic figure known throughout the world and remains very popular among Asian people and in particular among theChinese, as he portrayed Chinese nationalism through his films.[4] While Lee initially trained in Wing Chun, he later rejected well-defined martial art styles, favoring instead to utilize useful techniques from various sources in the spirit of his personal martial arts philosophy he dubbed Jeet Kune Do (The Way of the Intercepting Fist).[5]

guitar
my favorite instrument is guitar. i learned playimg guitar since i was 15 years old. at first it was so damn hard, but i pull it of and managed to play the instrument well. although i may not play the guitar that professional but i still can play it. The guitar is a musical instrument of the chordophone family, being a stringed instrument played by plucking, either with fingers or a pick. The guitar consists of a body with a rigid neck to which the strings, generally six in number but sometimes more, are attached. Guitars are traditionally constructed of various woods and strung with animal gut or, more recently, with either nylon or steel strings. Some modern guitars are made of polycarbonate materials. Guitars are made and repaired by luthiers. There are two primary families of guitars: acoustic and electric. Acoustic guitars (and similar instruments) with hollow bodies, have been in use for over a thousand years. There are three main types of modern acoustic guitar: the classical guitar (nylon-string guitar), the steel-string acoustic guitar, and the archtop guitar. The tone of an acoustic guitar is produced by the vibration of the strings, which is amplified by the body of the guitar, which acts as a resonating chamber. The classical guitar is often played as a solo instrument using a comprehensive fingerpicking technique. Electric guitars, introduced in the 1930s, rely on an amplifier that can electronically manipulate tone. Early amplified guitars employed a hollow body, but a solid body was found more suitable. Electric guitars have had a continuing profound influence on popular culture. Guitars are recognized as a primary instrument in genres such as blues, bluegrass, country, flamenco, jazz, jota, mariachi, reggae, rock, soul, and many forms of pop.

There are two kinds of people in this world …one who let destiny rule them and another who rule their destinies. If you thought that all the rich and successful people of the world started off with oodles of money, and reaching the pinnacle of success was a cake walk for them, here are the stories of 10 entrepreneurs who made it to the top from scratch. When I read about the mon mintblog, my morale got boosted very much. It’s true that the tough economic times have made thinking big less practical these days. But never lose heart. Just see how these exemplary persons have made it to the top in their lives despite hardships and try to follow them. Can you imagine that Ross Perot, one of the most successful business persons of the 1900s was the son of a horse trader? He was put to work at 6 years of age by his father. Later he joined the US Navy and became its president. Later he owned and sold off a couple of the richest companies –Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems for billions of dollars! Wayne Huizenga, the waste management king, as we know him now, was a gas station attendant when in high school. He Warren Buffet, the investment guru and one of the richest men on this planet today, worked as a newspaper boy. His exceptional investment talents showed up when he was only 13 years of age, when he cleverly managed to deduct the cost of his bicycle from his tax returns. By 26 years of age, the investment wizard was already worth $140,000. You can read about all the 10 exemplary entrepreneurs in mint Blog. Most of them belonged to very ordinary or poor families. As we might wrongly imagine, they didn’t come to this world with silver spoons in their mouths. When you look around you, you’ll find a lot of people who have made it to the top by virtue of their extraordinary talent and hard work. Well, I do agree that most of us may not be prodigies when it comes to talent like many of these illustrious people, but at least we can always better our lives, by identifying our aptitudes and channelizing our talents in the correct direction. It’s never too late to go for a change. Take the example of Larry Elision. Unlike so many contemporaries of his, he was not a very promising child. Even people thought he was not worth anything. But later with turn of events, the Oracle Open Co-Founder of the future, showed exceptional skills in mathematics and sciences which made him the person he is. You might not become a famous person like these exemplary corporate figures, but with hard work and proper usage of your intellect you can always improve your present life situation. After all, extraordinary people are not different from ordinary people in any way. Its only that they do things in a different way.
also worked as a truck driver when he was only 17 years old. Later, he too like Ross Perot, joined the government services, i.e. the Army, and started his waste management company that has grown in worth to $300 million today.
